Document status and visibility
This field is where the approval status of the document is indicated. A traffic-light-style icon shows the status and visibility of a given document:- Red: The document was entered by a user and has not yet been approved.
- Yellow: The document has been approved by the editor. It appears in the VDBINPRINT collection and is publicly visible.
- Green: The document was released by the library and appears in the VDB collection.
